Terms of Service

1. About these terms

Alpha Test Prep LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, provides Alpha Test Prep for the United States market. These Terms govern use of our website, accounts, lessons, practice tests, reports, study tools, and related features. Contact support@alphatestprep.com about your account or these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains purchase remedies, and our Disclaimer explains educational and scoring limits. An offer or order confirmation identifies the product purchased. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting language in these documents.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 to use the service. If you have not reached the age of legal adulthood where you live, use the service with parent or legal guardian permission. Purchases must be made or authorized by an adult with authority to enter the transaction.

Provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate someone else or share a paid student account between learners. Supported authentication providers have separate terms for their services.

An organization purchasing seats must have authority to make the purchase and provide invitation contact information. Each student retains a separate learning account. Buying access does not itself authorize access to someone else’s private learning records.

3. Educational service and score limitations

We provide practice and study support, not official examinations, admissions decisions, academic credit, employment decisions, or military eligibility determinations. Official registration and examination fees are separate.

Practice questions and timing may differ from an actual exam. Fixed-form practice does not reproduce official adaptive testing. Difficulty labels, practice scores, study recommendations, automated feedback, and readiness indicators are instructional estimates. Read the description and report notes for each exam.

We do not promise a particular score, improvement, admission, scholarship, credit award, job, or military qualification. Examination names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; use of a name does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

4. Your permission to use materials

During your authorized access period, you may use the service for personal study and any expressly authorized classroom or group use. Use the available download features for your own reports and permitted resources. Sharing your own report does not grant permission to redistribute our question banks.

Unless authorized by us or applicable law, do not sell, publicly redistribute, systematically extract, or use automated collection to copy restricted questions, passages, explanations, or lesson materials. Do not bypass access controls or create unauthorized copies of the service.

We retain the rights we hold in our materials and software. Third-party works remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. Report a suspected rights issue with its location and supporting details to support@alphatestprep.com.

5. Your submissions and saved records

You retain the rights you hold in essays, notes, responses, drawings, and other submissions. You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit them as needed to provide the features you request, maintain the service, handle support, and meet applicable obligations. This does not grant us permission to sell private essays or publish your work as advertising.

Submit only information you may provide. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information or other people’s confidential data. Use the available sharing controls thoughtfully: recipients can retain information already seen or downloaded even after you revoke future access.

We may revise practice content and explanations. Historical reports ordinarily retain their original question edition and scoring context rather than silently changing earlier answers. If an error affects a report, contact support; we will explain the issue and available correction or review options. Keep your own copies of important downloads.

6. Acceptable use and community safety

Do not harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, upload malware, access another person’s records without permission, defeat security controls, overload the service, or manipulate challenge results through unauthorized automation or false identities. Do not use the platform to cheat on an actual examination.

Use suitable names or aliases in optional community features and respect others’ sharing choices. Available controls let you remove connections, block users, or change sharing. Report suspected abuse to support@alphatestprep.com.

We may investigate misuse, correct invalid rankings, or impose proportionate restrictions. A practice leaderboard is not an official academic qualification or promise of a prize unless separate published rules say otherwise.

7. Plans, packages, and group seats

The offer and confirmation describe the included exams/features, price and currency, applicable taxes, access period, seat count where relevant, and renewal terms. Only verified payment or a valid authorized access grant creates the stated entitlement. A preview or test payment does not create a production purchase.

One-time exam packages and bundles provide the stated access period, generally 12 months from successful payment activation, without automatic renewal. One-time payment does not mean lifetime access. Group access follows the start dates, duration, redemption deadlines, and product scope stated in its offer.

Each redeemed seat is associated with the student account receiving it. Unredeemed invitations may be reassigned where the feature permits; redeemed seats are not freely transferable. Future exams, added content, upgrades, or credits are included only as expressly stated in the offer. Features marked planned or unavailable are not delivered paid benefits.

8. Recurring billing, cancellation, and refunds

A subscription renews under the recurring terms disclosed and authorized at checkout until cancelled. Review the amount, billing interval, any initial or promotional period, next renewal, and cancellation method before authorizing payment. We disclose material price or renewal changes and provide notice or seek agreement where required.

Cancel through Account & Billing using the available subscription-management or cancellation controls. Complete the process and keep the confirmation. If the controls are unavailable or you cannot complete cancellation, email support@alphatestprep.com with the account email and a clear cancellation request. Signing out, deleting an app shortcut, or stopping study does not cancel billing.

Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access through the paid period unless a refund changes that access. One-time packages and prepaid group access do not automatically renew. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to refunds, accidental charges, and service failures; applicable consumer protections remain available.

Any immediate upgrade charge, credit, access change, or change to the next renewal must be shown before you confirm it. Refunds and payment disputes can cause the affected order’s access to be held while its payment status is reconciled; unrelated separate purchases are handled independently.

9. Tutor features and external services

A tutor application authorizes review of the supplied information by authorized reviewers. Application status or availability of a scheduling feature does not promise employment, placement, earnings, certification, background screening, or attendance. Any actual tutoring engagement needs its applicable arrangements.

External tools, websites, sign-in services, and payment providers have their own terms. Use them at your discretion. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities for the service we provide. Automated writing evaluation, when offered and requested, has the data processing and limitations described in our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We maintain and update the platform, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free materials. Report access or content problems promptly so we can investigate.

We will not use a general right to update the service to remove legally protected purchase rights. If we permanently discontinue prepaid access or cannot provide a material part of what you purchased, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law govern the remedy.

11. Restrictions and account closure

We may restrict or end access to address verified misuse, suspected fraud, security threats, legal requirements, or material breaches of these Terms. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support for review.

You may stop using the service and request account closure through support@alphatestprep.com. Ask separately to cancel any recurring subscription and to delete information, because these are different processes. The Privacy Policy explains retained records and request handling.

A legitimate complaint or payment dispute does not itself authorize confiscation of unrelated purchases or denial of legally required remedies. Refunds, unpaid obligations, retained records, and continuing rights are handled under the applicable policies and law.

12. Responsibilities and disputes

Use practice feedback with independent judgment. You remain responsible for official registration, your study choices, and checking examination-administrator requirements. Our educational limitations do not excuse misleading descriptions, unauthorized charges, or a failure to provide mandatory remedies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable protections concerning fraud or intentional misconduct. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or impose a class-action waiver.

Contact support@alphatestprep.com with the account email and a description of a problem. Do not send passwords or full card details. Contacting support is not a condition of exercising rights available through a payment provider, regulator, or competent court.

13. Changes to these terms

The date above identifies this version. We will provide notice or obtain agreement for material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued purchase, refund, or mandatory consumer rights. Product-specific terms expressly accepted for a purchase remain relevant to that purchase.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@alphatestprep.com.
