Revision 2026-10-17.1 · Effective 2026-10-17 · support@alphatestprep.com1. Independent educational service
Alpha Test Prep is provided by Alpha Test Prep LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, for independent study and test preparation. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by College Board, ACT, ETS, the U.S. Department of Defense, or other examination owners or administrators.
Examination names and trademarks identify the tests discussed and belong to their respective owners. Purchasing our service does not register you for an official exam, pay its fee, confer academic credit, or establish an admissions, employment, or military qualification.
2. Practice conditions and content
Timed practice helps you rehearse pacing and testing conditions. It does not reproduce every feature of an official exam, including adaptive routing, question difficulty, administration, accommodations, scoring, or security procedures. Read the exam and form descriptions, and check official administrator requirements before your actual test.
Our practice forms use instructional questions, explanations, diagrams, and identified source materials. Concepts and reasoning families may recur across materially different questions. Difficulty labels are editorial estimates; the forms are not independently calibrated or equated official examinations. Familiarity and repeat attempts can affect practice results.
3. Scores, timing, and readiness
Practice results describe performance on our materials. SAT and ACT estimates use the method and reference information shown in the report; they are not official scores or statistical confidence intervals. Applying an official reference table to different practice questions does not establish official score equivalence, and fixed-form SAT practice does not reproduce official adaptive scoring.
An ASVAB practice percentage is not an AFQT percentile. Interpretation of an official percentile you enter describes that input, not a predicted official result. Written rubric points and unofficial GRE-style estimates are not official grading; AP practice feedback does not constitute a validated AP 1–5 prediction.
Question and study timers estimate activity using the available browser signals. They do not establish attention, identity, or exam integrity. Interruptions and browser behavior can cause timing gaps. Study-pattern and readiness signals are educational guidance, not a diagnosis or a guarantee of future performance.
4. Automated feedback and optional sound awareness
Automated writing evaluation, when available and explicitly requested, can produce incorrect or incomplete feedback. Treat rubric estimates and suggestions as practice support and seek human review where appropriate. Some tasks involving drawings or other unsupported material require human review rather than an automatic text-only score. The Privacy Policy explains what information is sent for requested evaluation.
Optional microphone sound awareness runs locally and can miss interruptions or flag unrelated sounds. It is not a validated phone detector, speech transcription system, official proctor, or guarantee of a distraction-free environment. A suspected sound alone does not invalidate an attempt.
5. No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee a particular score, improvement, admission, scholarship, academic credit, military eligibility, employment, or other result. Your preparation, prior knowledge, testing conditions, and official examination procedures all affect outcomes.
Individual experiences or testimonials do not establish what every student will achieve. Study recommendations do not replace official administrator guidance or individualized professional advice where needed.
6. Errors, updates, and historical reports
We work to identify and correct errors, but materials, feedback, and reports may contain mistakes. Report suspected problems to support@alphatestprep.com with the exam, form, question, and a brief explanation when available.
Historical reports ordinarily retain the original content edition so later rewrites do not silently change earlier answers. We will explain verified problems and available correction or review options. Material service failures remain subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
7. Materials, external services, and tutor features
We retain the rights we hold in our service and materials; third-party works remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. A citation or this Disclaimer does not itself grant permission to redistribute a work. Use downloaded resources and reports within the permissions described in the Terms of Service.
External links and tools are provided for convenience and have their own terms and privacy practices. A tutor application, review status, or scheduling record is not a promise of employment, certification, background screening, placement, earnings, or attendance. Any actual tutoring engagement requires its applicable arrangements.
8. Your rights and contact
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy provide additional information. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuses unauthorized charges or misleading descriptions.
